  Terrible !!! Ed Hall the locksmith never showed up for the appt and he didn't give me a courtesy call to say he wasn't coming. Equally troubling was I told him I was coming from Fresno to have this done....

  I called Hall's to fix my front door's dead bolt lock which was"slipping" inside its housing. They came out the very next day and did a thorough repair and cleaning on the lock. It works great now and the price for their repair was fair. Jim Hall was so friendly, too. I will definitely call him again if I ever need a locksmith's services at my home.
