Servicer wasn’t wearing a mask and insisted (basically lied), that we needed to pay a service fee for him having to drive out, after not giving us a quote like he said he would when we called him. He said we’d get a quote over the phone after we gave him the car’s information; we did not. Also he did not tell us about the service fee for coming out, which he insisted he did say over the phone. There were two of us listening on the call and neither of us heard that. The initial price for a key & fob was $420, and $320 for just a key. Then when we mentioned we were tight on money and this was an unexpectedly large expense he knocked it down to $320 for both. Towards the end of our interaction when we told him we were going to look elsewhere he knocked the price down to $220 for just a key. This seemed like price gouging to me. Having done gig jobs before I understand the frustration of traveling to end up doing nothing but a company needs to be upfront beforehand about any fees, plus he was being quite rude about it in person. Stressful morning made more stressful. If you go here ask for a quote over the phone, unless you want a large expense and/or a thirty dollar fee for nothing being done

So this is my first and last time calling this company. I called and asked how much it was to unlock a car since my brother needed it ASAP. The lady I spoke to said $30+ service fee. I said so $50-65$ she said yes but the guy will quote me as well when he arrives. They send over a very rude guy and when I asked him for the price before he started to unlock the car, the guy said $189 dollars. I asked him why it was higher then what the company told me? he said when you go to a dentist office you don’t negotiate right but with an attitude, I told him it was a question and no need to be rude & unprofessional, he rolled his eyes. At this point I didn’t want the service anymore and was willing to wait for a friend to get off work to do it for 25$ But my brother didn’t want to wait since he had work and a busy schd. What irritated me was that the guy said there is no negotiating the price but then he lowered his price from $189 to $100. I still feel like he over charged my brother. the guy was there for 2 min top. I won’t come here.

Wasted my time. All I got was 3 bottle openers. The keys it spit were the correct type but they were all pretty much flat. I called immediately while still standing there and they gave me a refund right over the phone. If it would have worked properly this service is something I would have used again.
