  This has been my go to place for 30 plus years. They have secured buildings, fixed problems, gone over and above so many times. Todays vehicles have expensive hard to replace keys, and of course this was my place. Not answering the phone on Saturdays, ordering the wrong part, then when the proper part comes in not able to make it work. I could excuse all of that if they had not handed the worthless key to my wife and told her it was a prepaid special order and belonged to her. We did get a refund, and they did take it back. We all make mistakes, it is what we do next that counts.

  Sorry to hear about the troublesome experience you had at our shop. We have every intention on solving all and every issue that comes into out shop however sometimes, things get lost in translation and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. With only 2 people being in the shop on Saturdays, we do not have a direct line into the shop to be able to answer phone calls because of high demand of customer walk-ins. Special orders are orders that are prepaid by customers and therefore when they arrive they are the customers property, so when something doesn't program or work correctly we try to ensure the customer that if they want to try elsewhere to program it they are more then welcome to as it is their belonging as of the time they paid for it. As with every special order there is the option to either take it or get a refund, however some people choose an alternative means to get what they want out of it. Again, sorry for the problems that have come to pass. We hope to service you in the future.

  Awesome customer service and very friendly. They stayed open a few minutes late for me when I came in about 20 minutes before close. Highly recommend!
