  Made appointment a week prior said they had the fob we ordered. Showed up for said appointment and she states she knows nothing about the appointment and can't find the key. After 30 minutes she finally finds the key. Worst part of the experience was having to stand in the lobby for an hour and a half as they have no seating for customers. Who wants to stand for that long waiting for their car to be programed. I would suggest throwing some of the junk away in that front area and make a spot for your customers. Seems very unorganized.
