  Some of the best customer service I have ever seen! These guys are serious business. It is the Ricky and Rocky show! Thats their two names. Rocky went above and beyond to get my battery custom made. I highly, highly recommend going here to get any battery or bulb help or a ton of other stuff!   Fantastic customer service! I called looking for a battery for my camera- I had called all over town and was on a very tight timeline as I fried my original battery. Garrett helped me and even started charging the new battery for me! Thank you so much! I will definitely come back again !

  Service went over and beyond expected. My wife is from out of state helping care for her mother in hospice, our camper batteries keep failing so since they were under warranty at BPB she went to the local branch, they found the batteries to be good. They went the extra mile ( About two hours worth.) to completely check the electrical system to find the problem. I can now rest knowing our camper is working and my wife is safe and warm, and they refused to take any money. THANK YOU !!!!!
