Got lockout of my car and this company came to my  rescue in no time. Also gave me an excellent price.You can pay cash in hand or use your debit or credit card. They also provide invoice so you can get a refund from your insurance in case you have that coverage.

Lost my car key and they came fast and provided a great service, cheaper and way more convenient than take the car to the dealer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would definitely recommend them.

The price they quoted me on the phone was different. They are scam, terrible. I locked out my car and the window was open so you could open the car with simple tool, but I was alone in a different town. I called them and they told me it's gonna take 19$. I paid 77$ after long negotiation and fighting. It didn't take 10 seconds to open the car. Shot this company. Stay a way or stay without key way better than losing money for nothing. Regret regret regret. I just hate myself for calling them

Terrible- Stay away. Total shady technician. I was locked out of my condo on 4/21/18. I called and asked for price. I was told 150 plus 45 per lock if I need them to re-key it. Tech shows up- worst attitude, keeps demanding to know "where my keys are"... and then says "Its GOING TO BE BIG MONEY". I told him what operator told me. He keep having me repeat but then just named his own price which would have been almost 500.00 when I was quoted 150.  He never called the "office" for a legitimate price. When I expressed my concerns he told me it was "Your own fault! You lost key... now big money!" I told him to leave immediately. I did not trust him. He high-tailed out. I then called the dispatcher back and t old them what happened and they did nothing but basically say the original quote was "just a quote and meant nothing". I asked how it can quadruple??? STAY AWAY-- GO WITH SOMEONE HONEST WHO WONT SCAM YOU. - MP.

Sorry to hear this was your experience with us and I personally apologize for it. This is definitely not a normal situation and certainly not an example of our customer service.

That being said, in our company we do provide prices over the phone based on the information provided by customer. There are times where the price may vary depending on the situation in site and We ALWAYS make a point in highlighting that fact, which by the way is a very reasonable one - let's face it: a dispatcher can't really know exactly what type of lock or other intricacies the job will ultimately entail.
Be that as it may, none of that excuses the way the locksmith tech expressed himself, according to your story, neither the comment of the dispatcher when you called a second time.
Regarding that, and due to the fact that we value our customers and the high level of service we usually provide them with, I personally checked every single call recording from that day and failed to find the said conversation.
I'd be most thankful if you could provide me with the time frame (as best you remember) so I could take care properly of this issue.

Because they're seriously the best of the best!! I lost my house keys & could not find them I couldn't leave my house unlocked for an entire 9 hours & I didn't know what to do I feel like Green Locksmith saved my life & my home! they made it to me within 23min changed my locks & provided me with 2 keys.
