  Fred is fantastic! He has been quite helpful and pleasant. I've locked myself out of my house a few of times... His service was excellent each time. It took him barely a few seconds to open the door! Strongly suggested.

  One-star and it's deserved. I scheduled for a this locksmith to work on my locked steering column for my vehicle - a time was scheduled but the locksmith didn't show up. I call for an update, "the technician should be there soon," and he never showed. Nothing more to say, except it made for an extremely inconvenient day. I would keep a back up locksmith on standby.
