  We had been searching for a safe and just bought one from Grove lock and safe. Met with Ted, who was very knowledgeable about the safes. could see why after 60 years and 3 generations they are still there. The staff were friendly and honest. going back soon for hardware for front doo. safe neighborhood as well parked right in front of store

  I went to this vendor because of the 5 star ratings. Didn’t know how disappointed I was going to be.? I bought a deadbolt lock. I was attended by two sales men. The first one sold me a lock for $75 included the rekeying of the lock. Didn’t advise me to bring the lock being replaced. Because of that the lock didn’t fit the door. I call a few days later and a second salesman told me to bring the old lock. He replaced it by one of inferior quality, which I let him know because the weight and components of the lock were inferior. He said no refund was due because he was giving me a more expensive lock. But didn’t charge me more. I knew he was lying. Went home and even that I brought the old lock he gave one that was too big. I went the third time and he gave me an even cheaper lock with cheaper components that the second one. But he told me that one was $90 but didn’t charge me the difference. I knew he was lying. At this point I asked for a refund and he deducted the two keys that were remade $25. I complained that the second one was his fault because I brought my old lock and he was supposed to match it. He refused and deducted it anyway. So for $75 he wanted to give me a $20 cheap lock. At this point I walked out of the store. The day I went was April 4th. I went to Home Depot and bought a beautiful heavy duty Kiwikset lock that can be rekeyed by yourself in seconds and I paid only $26 including tax. I knew that it was a good lock because it was similar in the components to the one offer for $75 by Groove Lock &Safe Co. Be careful don’t be taken for a fool.
