  8:30pm on a Saturday he was there fast and was very nice. I called three others and he was the one who answered right away so by all means don't waste your time and call Great Northern first!

  Locked myself out of my shop, didn't realize I put the keys down while we were painting. This is at 7pm. Called Great Northern and was very polite. Not once did I assume he would be there right away. Man proceeded to tell me how I'm ruining his night and that he just paid $101 to have a nice meal and that it would be a while at his convenience. Very unprofessional, didn't expect him to come right away and would be very understanding that it is a Friday night. If you need assistance in a pinch, this is not a 24 hour service.

  Was locked out of my garage after the auto-open malfunctioned. Called Great Northern Lock and Safe. Justin answered my call. He was polite, professional and VERY accommodating. Responded immediately as an “emergency lockout”. Said he would arrive within the hour and he did! Great service! Excellent customer service. Was able to gain entry and made new keys for the manual lock. I highly recommend Great Northern Lock and Safe!
