  I once took a key to be copied at this place that I thought was an impossible task. the key was broken and had come out of a safe and that I had but somehow they were able to duplicate it and it works perfectly. when my mom had to get a specialty key made for her rv I told her that if this place couldn't do it, there wasn't a place in the valley that could do it. It took them quite a while to find what kind of key it was but they got the job done. They're top-notch and know what they're doing.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in several times to research products they offer and no matter how busy they were, the sales staff never rushed me. Professional and accommodating staff, the very definition of small town service! Thanks again guys, you truly gave me a better sense of security with the products I purchased!

  My Family has been dealing with this company since the early 90s. Recently After repairing a cabinet lock, less than a month ago, and charged a reasonable five bucks for 10 minutes of work. Today they repair the same lock, again....and charged me double this time. Forgiven but never forgotten 👎🐴

  Michael, I'm sorry you weren't satisfied. Our in-shop labor minimum recently went from $9 to $10. Maybe one of our employees undercharged you previously.
