This is my 2nd time using Graystone Locksmiths and Safe company. As per the 1st time, they were even more amazing this time. They went above and beyond. They came out in the middle of the night, in the pouring rain, to get my car unlocked as I had left my keys inside. I highly recommend them!!!! Don’t go to anyone else if you want the job done fast, right and in any condition

I was stuck in the middle of nowhere with my jeep with no key. We lost the key hunting somewhere in the foliage. These guys traveled all the way from Gulfport to Lumberton to help me out and get me on the road so I could return home. You cannot beat these guys and I would recommend them to anyone anytime anywhere! Thanks fellas!

Store refused to order me a key for my master lock. They used outdated cut codes for my lock and it didn't work. Very poor service

Mr. Lawson, I have read your review and I have gone over all of the video tape in the shop and spoken to the employees. I believe you went to another locksmith and not our shop. But if you can come to the shop any day and see me, ask for Darius. I am the owner and I will take care of you and provide you whatever you may need. The service provided by Graystone Locksmiths was completely out of this world. Its was storming and flooded where my car was located and when no one else would come assist me Darius firm Graystone locksmiths did. I'm an elderly lady and my keys where stolen. I can't believe what he went through to help me.

i had been calling since 10 am called 5-6 times through out the day gave my address up and everything and the lady told me they were coming since 10 am & never came ! even when i called her at 5 pm before they closed she responded that they would still be able to come at 8 they told me they were closed. never will i ever call for them again!! I was very patient and i did not appreciate that.

Good morning, I have read your review and unfortunately I agree with you. We had hurricane conditions and torrential rain and flooding in Gulfport yesterday which slowed us down drastically.
In addition we had a Locksmith in the hospital due to an auto accident. All of this slowed us down drastically and backed us up for the entire day.
I would however like to correct the situation and make it right if I can. If you call us this morning we will send a technician out to make the key for your car at no charge. If this is satisfactory please call us at 228-357-5678 and we will dispatch someone immediately. Again, I do apologize for the delay, however there was nothing we could do to control mother nature.
