  So rude on speakerphone in front of my customers they asked me to use someone else within 30 seconds. I asked if he could be polite bc I'm trying to pay him and he hung up in my and my customer's faces. I even asked if it was a good time bc as a business owner I understand it's not always a good time. He's not the only one that offers these services and they paid half the price for a polite business, his loss.

  Miss Everhart, I own the holding company that owns all of the locksmith companies including the one you attempted to do business with today. I apologize profusely for the actions of my employee. As you can see I am up at 5o’clock in the morning because it concerns me to such a great length. I am going to play back to telephone call in the morning when I get in the office and I will discipline the employee. He will be suspended or terminated as I see fit. My employees are instructed never to speak to a customer in a derogatory manner. Mr. Jackson is the president and owner of that particular locksmith company in Gulfport and he will be reaching out to you in the morning in an attempt to help you, at no charge of course,in order to provide you with whatever assistance we can.   They didn’t even do anything and they still charged me full price for just a drive.

  Miss Dominique, in response to your review the situation is as follows; you called us to perform a service. Our technician got out of bed and drove up to Biloxi to assist you. When she got there you had already unlocked the car. If you had called us and canceled the call you would not have been charged. Once we have to drive all the way to Biloxi with fuel at $3.10 a gallon, you will certainly have to pay the service call charge and that’s what you were charged for. So when you say we didn’t do nothing in fact we did do something. We drove all the way up there to assist you and you did not have the courtesy to cancel us or call us and tell us you did not need us. So you were charged. In the future if you call any Locksmiths and you fix it yourself I would definitely call and cancel so you could save yourself some aggravation and money. I hope this satisfied your inquiry.
