  We had a small, 4 combo Masterlock that stopped opening on our outside gate. Upon calling, we were told it would be a $30 service fee to come out and quote would be provided onsite. We asked for an estimate based on the padlock described, but he would not even provide a typical range of fees or a minimum, starting price. He quoted $150 to cut this small padlock. Future customers beware, if you have a small job - it likely won’t be worth the money! Better business practice would provide an average range OR minimum based on description (with the caveat that they have to see it of course!). Had he explained that the minimum was $100 as a starting point, we could’ve saved everyone the time!!!

  I wanted my front & back door to be more secure so I called Golden Locksmith in the morning & Joey came out the same day. He did a wonderful job at a reasonable price! I feel much safer now. I will definitely call them in the future for any other locksmith needs. I highly recommend this company.

  Joey was awesome! I actually saw him working at another resident’s place, but approached him while he was at his truck and he was able to get me a new mailbox lock and key right then. Super quick and super nice! Very happy! Thank you!!!!
