  I bought a car key from them in March 2021 and it broke in January 2022. I have never had a car key break in my entire life. The key broke off in the ignition without excessive force. I called and they said they do not provide a warranty and that it is not uncommon for their keys to break. 🤷🏼‍♂️

  We provided a 90 day warranty for the key you received back in March of 2020. You were given an OEM key made by GM. If you would have done some research on the key your car uses, you would've been informed that it is common for GM flip key to break unexpectedly due to poor design of the keys. Somehow, Gold Locksmith is responsible for your keys breaking after 10 MONTHS of use is unjustified. You are barking up the wrong tree. Please file your complaint with GM. We do not manufacture the key, we only cut and program them. GOD BLESS
