  Very friendly and professional service. I highly recommend this company! My home safe refused to open. My apartment manager uses this company for locksmith services, so I called them for help. Over the phone, I was quoted $150. I was desperate and willing to pay. Upon arrival, it was determined that the safe is broken beyond repair. He was thinking that he may have to cut through the back of the safe to get it opened, when suddenly it decided to work long enough to open on it's own. Because he didn't need to pick the lock or open from the back, he just charged me $75 for the service call.

  Called to ask about fixing a broken lock on front door and was immediately told to call back tomorrow because they were "too busy tonight." When I told him I didn't ask or need him to come tonight and simply wanted to make an appointment for someone to come tomorrow he again told me to call tomorrow. He was very rude and not professional at all.
