  The technician from 101 Locksmith Inc was here within the hour of contact, which was very good. I couldn’t lock my door since the locks in my rental failed. He did a good job on this door. While I found his price for the service within the range I would expect and the new lock is good quality, the price may be on the high side of average. But when you need a locksmith before you can continue your day or quickly, especially for home security, then you want to call 101 Locksmith Inc who will do what they say. And they do it when they say, the way you asked. Great service to be honest.

  I have had Ben from 101 Locksmith Inc. out to my house twice for work, and both times I was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. The first time he came out, I had him change out all the locks in my house after my divorce. He did quick, efficient, and quality work, and I was amazed by how affordable his rates were! I've honestly never had a tech come out so fast and fix an issue with such alacrity. I really can't say enough kind things about Ben. He is professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. I highly recommend him and his work.

  The technician called to say when they would arrive. They gave me a price before repair, and they completed the job very competently. They were responsive and proactive to help organize and execute the job since I was out of state and needed the mailbox key updated for my tenants. Not only that, but they made it very easy and comfortable for me. Had a great experience hiring them.
