DFW George Locksmith provided fast response to resolve my problem - my dog locked me out of my car.  The lady (sorry I forgot her name) worked very hard to finally got my car door open.  What’s a relief! I really appreciate their service.

George absolutely was my hero relocated back to Texas and my pod door was jammed . He exhausted every effort before we went with last resort but absolutely went above and beyond what I called him for , I already have his number programmed If I ever need him again . Responded in showed up in under 15 minutes . Awesome dude !

First, I had searched for JD Locksmith, less than a mile away in McKinney. The results returned this business at the very top (a paid ad, and the true company name was not listed (simply said “24 Hour Locksmith”).  I pressed the phone icon to call.

When my call was answered, a woman answered. I asked if they could reproduce keys. She replied that they only run mobile operations, and the technician was unavailable.

She then invited me to hang around in the area, and asked me whether the key was for a home or vehicle. I replied, “Motorhome, for accessing cabinet doors.”  This reply apparently overwhelmed her comprehension, as she pondered the meaning and translation of “Motorhome,” at length and finally said with uncertainty, “No, we don’t do those.”

When I told her this was an ordinary key made by Ilco and stocked at Ace and Home Depot, she became unresponsive.

So, here you have a supposed “Locksmith,” that can’t do ordinary cabinet keys associated with a motorhome, and that doesn’t have a competent person to answer the phone.

After I discovered the deception and located contact information for the real JD Locksmith, I brought the key there. The owner, Greg, created two keys in just under 45 seconds.

Meanwhile, the owner of George DFW called to leave me a lengthy voicemail about how he listened to recordings of my calls, that I was very rude, that this review was very rude, and that my creating this review was a profound waste of time, because he can easily delete a 1-star review when the customer has not paid for and received a service.

I should point out that Greg at JD Locksmith was able to produce two keys in less time than it took for the owner of George DFW to leave a voice message.

Go elsewhere.

Unfortunately we don't provide services for RVs which we told you more than once we don't provide that type of service you are not even a customer which we haven't provided any services for, we will be reaching out to Google to remove your inaccurate review. We also called you to try to help you find another company that could assist you but at this point you don't deserve that help wish you all the be have a great new year.
