  I am in process of selling my home. i needed spare keys for the agent. i purchased 5 keys over the course of 2 days from the Lowes on Broad st. in Sumter, SC. . 3 keys on 29 Sept 21 on 2 on 30 Sept. None of the keys work. i even had an attendant to operate the machine on the 30th. This put me in a very stressful position. i had to drive back and forth from Columbia to Sumter each day.. I would like a refund of $20
