  I have a “code entry” deadlock that randomly decided to stop working. This was at 6:30am and I was deciding what to do. I called Gene’s locksmith at 7am and they answered right away. They gave me a number to text with where I sent pictures of my lock, my name and address, and I immediately got a call with an ETA within 30 minutes of my call. He then told me how much it would cost up front, which I agreed to. Matt arrived very quickly and was professional and so friendly. He got me in my house right away, after verifying my address with my license. I recommend this company and Matt to everyone! They are very responsive and quick!! Could not be more thankful.

  Matt was really great -- very professional, courteous and extra helpful. Had him out to rekey 2 entry doors, and the service was outstanding in addition to being very fairly priced (would have cost me more to replace the door knobs/locks new). Matt also called my attention to the misalignment of the existing hardware (it wasn't closing/locking properly), and he fixed it for me and did a great job cleaning up all the wood chips/debris. Very pleased to highly recommend this local family-owned small business!

  They came out so quickly, and were extremely customer friendly and willing to explain the whole process and what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand. Not only did they fix our old lock, but they have an impressive selection of electronic locks that we are considering for our business. Matt was our lock technician and he was personable and extremely helpful. Not to mention it’s a family run business! Support local businesses!
