So after my wife lost the key to her mustang we called Garon and he provided the info on the best place for a replacement key then cut and programmed it at a very reasonable price. Needed a copy of a car key for ignition made, since the old one was falling apart and barely worked. He was able to copy the old key, cut a new one, and program the new key to my car so it would start the car. In total, took about 15 minutes which is great. Came at a very reasonable cost when compared to what the dealer quoted. The owner is also very kind and has a nice store.

My only key fob for my Jeep malfunctioned out of nowhere, and because it's a chip starter I had no means to turn my car on at all. Everywhere I called to get my key replaced required me to bring in my vehicle, which was not an option for me in it's given state. Garon listened to my situation and offered me a solution that he could do which he explained in detail. I followed his instruction, and once I had my new replacement key (which he helped me order and is the same one you'd get from the dealership) he was immediately able to come to my location with his equipment to program everything. The process itself only took him a couple minutes at most! While definitely fast and reliable, Garon also displayed professional and friendly service. He has definitely earned my future business. Thank you Garon for your help in my situation, I am back on the road because of your work!

The gentleman did not have the blank key I needed but sent me to northwest lock and solved my issues. I recommend all locals support this store.
