  Very quick and friendly. Another locksmith in town unfortunately couldn’t program my key fob, they recommended Northwest. Their employee was polite on the phone, and in person. Didn’t even take 10 minutes and I was one my way. I’d recommend 10/10

  It may be a bit more expensive to get your keys cut here but I have used them several times and never had a bad key. Nice selection of safes as well. Friendly staff as well. 5 stars!

  We bought a new key from the chevy dealer. We got the key needed it programmed they were gonna charge $125. Northwest Lock put customer service first over making money. It was a self programming key as long as you have the working key
