  Either out of business or else they neither answer the phone nor return calls (multiple calls and VMs over multiple days). Posting to save someone else the trouble, as locksmithing is the kind of thing typically requiring responsiveness and these folks are / were(?) unfortunately the only game in Mission Valley.

  Sorry about that, certain days of the week we only have 1 person to do the work and answer the phone. Sometimes we are out of phone service for most of the day. Hope you have a wonderful day.

  Very poor in returning any calls. Was locked out of my car. And not only did they not answer. But never returned my call. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone who needs help
