  I called and the owner, (Russ), came immediately and unlocked my truck door. He also built me a replacement FOB within minutes. His professionalism was impressive and his friendly demeanor was refreshing. He turned a bad situation into a great experience. I will use Erie Lock & Safe every time.

  Great new lock company in Erie! Russ came to our house to install/update our front door to new electronic locks. He was even able to explain to us how to set up our own individual codes for entry! Awesome locksmith, fairly priced and job done on time. Loved hearing about his decades of experience in law enforcement and security. Would highly recommend.
