We were locked out of our house after flying home from a trip. Tired and stressed to say the very least. We called several companies and no one answered. Our last call went to Enigma. They answered and responded very quickly. He had us and an exhausted 9 year old in the house within 15 minutes. We are so thankful for their responsiveness. They definitely saved us tonight.

I hadn’t locks changed on my front and back door. Deadbolts and regular locks .The young man came and was very professional as well as pleasant. He was in and out of my home in less than and hour. I recommend him if you ever need any locks installed or locked out.

I lost my keys last Thursday at my boyfriends house. We have turned his whole house upside down and cannot find them. We’ve also checked all in and around my car.. no luck. I’ve called several dealerships (all over priced) and multiple locksmiths trying to see how much it would cost for a replacement. Most price ranges being within $200-250 for the locksmiths. I saw reviews for this locksmith and how he was kind and reasonable and very helpful. However it seems someone doesn’t want to work since it’s Friday. I called simply asking for a price, told the man the make and model of my car (2014 Hyundai Santa Fe) and he didn’t even TRY to help he said “you’ll probably need to just call the dealership” didn’t give me a price he would charge, didn’t provide a reason why , nothing. I’ll make sure to NEVER use his services and I’ll make sure my friends and family won’t either !

Misty I do apologize, truly. You have a fairly new car. It's some jobs we as locksmith can't perform. Misty, honesty to me means everything, its some jobs I can't perform or don't have the necessary equipment. So when a customer calls and I can't help them, I try to give them the best advice or reference. Alot of times I refer them to other locksmiths that may have what they need. The machines that we have, dont have the software needed for your car. I don't want to see a simple key replacement, turn into a situation where your computer is crashed. I understand its more expensive at a dealership, however, if you deal with the dealership it will be done right and warranted. I would rather you spend a thousand dollars, than give away seven hundred. Again, please forgive me, I was only giving you the best advice I knew.

Very nice and very quick my only complaint is they are very pricey (almost 300 dollars), only accepted cash and I did not receive a reciept of service. Felt a little taken advantage of because I was very desperate for the service. Heck for 300 dollars a service why am I in nursing school?
