  Got locked out of home late in the evening and was luck to have found a local and reputable company. Roger and Kim responded very quickly and showed great customer service and had me back in my home in no time. Very professional, knowledgeable and mentioned other lock options that I will definitely be looking into. The whole process made me feel comfortable and safe. Great team of people! Thank you!

  I recently moved to the area and needed new locks installed. I called 911 Lock & Key. They quoted me right over the phone and came out in less then an hour. Roger was very thorough and the new locks look great. I will be using this company for any lock needs. Great customer experience.

  I never expected to be writing a 5-star review for a company that referred me to another well-reviewed competitor, but Roger and his wife showed deep knowledge about the auto door cylinder rekeying work I needed and explained how my particular key required a somewhat obscure piece of tooling they didn’t have. Not only did they tell me who to contact, but they provided outstanding advice. It’s clear to me why they have only 5 star reviews and they’ve definitely earned one from me. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
