  Had a simple residence lockout (only the door handle and durring regular hours) when I asked about getting an estimate before the locksmith came out, I was told around a thirty dollar service fee. No other information was given. Ten minutes after the locksmith was there my door was open and then given a bill for over $200!!! Industry standard is around $90 for a job such as this. These guys are gouging and won't return any messages to me about them overcharging during regular hours. They are charging off hour rates! Buyer beware and don't call these guys!

  This is the second time I have used their services. They have great communication. They respond by phone and in person quickly. They have excellent prices and they even recommended a place where we were able to get the car part we needed at half the price we thought we were going to have to pay. I HIGHLY recommend Emerald Locksmith.
