  I called this company just this morning in a panic. I had bought a safe the night before and was unable to open it just the next morning after it had been working fine the night before. Randy talked me through some tips and tricks to see if I could get the safe open on my own. With his help I was able to figure out the problem and am now able to open my safe! I couldn’t be happier with how informative and helpful they are! Randy seemed just as excited as I was that I was able to get it open. Thank you so much you guys are awesome! Have a wonderful Christmas!
