  This place needs a less than 1 star review. I called them because I had missing keys. They were able to find a key to program for my truck came out & had issues with the key. They said they were going to get a different programmer & come back the next day after their 2 scheduled appointment. They never came back or called. Ended up calling another locksmith & they couldn't program the key with one they found either. Ended up having to have my vehicle towed to the dealership & they informed me the Dash had wiped out my entire programming system & that's why the 2nd locksmith couldn't program it. Ended up paying $337 @ the dealership & $200 for a key to program.

  I called for service. He had a colleague in town who he felt would be able to make me a custom key rather than a new lock. He clearly cares about doing the nicest thing for people as I believe he passed up a job and EASILY could have got me to pay whatever he asked. That’s all I need to know about a business owner.

  Ashley Wences is very untruthful and leaves false reviews on other people’s business pages. I have tried to contact her at this business three times yesterday and I get the message system every time. So when she calls me at my business and explains to me why she left a 1 star review when I have never met her or handled a matter for her then I will revisit this review. If she removes her and her fictitious Lydia Wences 1 star review I will remove this review. I await a response.
