  Called to see if they have a physical storefront as I am looking for a certain type of keychain. Gentleman answers and didn't understand. I tell him I want to look for a keychain and want to make sure they are a physical store. He says they are, but he doesn't know what kind of keychain I want so I should come to the store. So, I then start to tell him the kind of keychain I want and he immediately cuts me off telling me he has customers in front of him he needs to tend to. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Please doo. We have thousands of keychain in the shop.There is one person helping several customers.You expect him to refuse the service to customers standing in front of him, to not pick up the phone calls (most of them are emergency lockouts) and try to understand what kind of keychain you are looking for? We do understand that you do not care any of those things, but imagine if everybody calls to us, 50 to 80 people a day and ask some priticular key, keychain or any other item.Instead of coming to us and choosing what they want.How we are gone help the rest of the customers who has emergency situations.
