In addition, to making aware of the process that is needed to take advantage of the full services your company offers. He was polite, courteous, humble with outstanding customer service qualities. It made the call very pleasant. David was very informative.

  Absolutely amazing customer service and speedy repairs. Our key machine's keypad had gone bad, and it was back up and running the very next day! The drop off form was easy and the repair time was very short! Brittany at front desk is a blast, extremely professional, polite, and endearing to all customers! I was kept updated at all times and the price was fantastic for a full keypad repair, cord, and batteries. Our establishment has gone to Electronic Locksmith before for parts before, and it was a breeze as well! I fully and whole heartedly recommend Electronic Locksmith, Inc. for your electronic lock repairs!!
