  Charlie was very quick to answer the phone. He puts the customer first and is very reliable and trusted. If you get locked out of your vehicle he’s the guy to call you lose your keys he’s the guy you call. We need more people like Charlie I will definitely refer friends and family to this lock smith. He want leave your side until the job is done right. And will arrive to your destination quick as possible he told me he’ll be there in 15 min and got there like Superman hahaha. Thanks Charlie

  There's not very many people that I have met who are as personable, kind, humble, and good at what they do as Charlie. I find it funny to say because I was at the onset of this whole situation, I was extremely disappointed to hear when my wife lost the keys to my friend's car and we had to call a locksmith. I really didn't want to talk with ANYONE about the lost keys because it just sounded like a hassle. "Great. Here comes another big expense that wasn't planned." I thought. After calling multiple different companies that Google recommended me and quickly realizing that they were extremely aggressive and unprofessional, my disappointment turned into frustration and a lack of a desire to deal with the problem of the lost keys. This is where Charlie came in to make a difference for the better. Everything was different, he was fast pick up my call, clear in setting proper expectations about arrival time, he actually FOLLOWED THROUGH on that time window, was extremely efficient and kind, and genuinely made my day better. I was so impressed that I am taking the time to write out this review during a time when I could be doing anything else like watching a movie with my wife or playing video games. Here's the thing when it comes to Charlie and his company, Active Lock and Key of Apopka; like I said above, there's not many companies that do business the way that it oughta be done, which is why I feel a personal responsibility to go out of my way and let everyone who will eventually find themselves in a similar situation as myself to call the right man for the job: Charlie. Thanks man. Great job today.

  I highly recommend Active Lock to anyone. This is my second using them. Needed my key fob programed and cut Charlie is very informative, patient, and most of all friendly. Thank you for the great service.
