  Dell was excellent! I originally called him to schedule a simple re-key on my new house immediately after closing. However, I discovered that the key we got only worked for the front doorknob. Plus, only two exterior doors had a deadbolt, which I did not have a key to. So I called Dell shortly before the appointment & asked if he could install a couple dead-bolts & re-key additional locks. He was super flexible & made it all happen with virtually no advance warning. He made our first night in the house more enjoyable, knowing we were secure with our new locks. Highly recommend!

  Our church contracted with Dell to install panic bars on our exterior doors. He was punctual and very professional. The workmanship on all of the doors was excellent. Dell and his helper were very meticulous during the installation. The quality of the product and their workmanship is excellent. Dell took the time to adjust all of the door closers and they work great. You can hardly tell that this was a new install on old doors, the color of new equipment matched the old perfectly. We are more than happy with the results. We give 5 of 5 stars and would highly recommend Dell to anyone seeking his services.

  Dell was very knowledgeable about the safe and was able to do exactly what I needed. I like the fact that he is the owner and don’t just send some “worker” to do a job. He does it himself. Will for sure recommend him to others.
