  These were the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. My sons car was stolen and the police called Durrs to tow it. They helped is through the process and seem to genuinely care about how upsetting the situation was for us.

  Towed my car but did not allow me to come pick it up right away because “no one was available”, which in turn made the fee higher because it had to stay longer. Very unprofessional please stay away from theses people if you can
