  I called Downtown Locksmith Chicago as I had lost the key to my document safe. Jim was courteous, helpfull and knowledgeable explaining in detail that the only way to open the type of lock on my safe was to destroy it. Satisfied with the service and advice offered.

  Called out as we were locked out from work, answered the call quick and was out to me within 30 mins. Then we asked them to change the locks and was able to do it there. Great service.
