  Never returned my 2 calls. Edited to reply: I spoke to a woman on Saturday 3/26 (after getting your information from the realtor I bought my house from) who took my name and number and said someone would call me back on Monday 3/28. I then called and left a voicemail on Tuesday 3/29 and no one responded, but I can appreciate your dedication to responding to your online reviews.

  I just checked our system and we have had 2 voicemails in the past month from calls we weren't able to catch. 1 was responded to in 13 minutes and the other in 27 minutes. All online inquiries have been responded to within 24 hours. Our Facebook and google response is 100% and rated within 2 hours reply time. You most likely didn't leave a message for someone to call you back.

  Called Dan’s for remote starts in 2 of my vehicles, He answered my text within minutes on a Saturday night, set the appointments for Sunday, both vehicles completed and I am very satisfied.

  The first and only choice in our area! My place of employment outsources all of our key work to Dan. I have used him twice personally as well. I've gotten same-day appointments, on site, to get keys and FOBs replicated.
