My dad was a locksmith for 30+ years in Atlanta. My husband and I moved into a new house in Bristol 2 weeks ago. We called one other locksmith company who never called us back to schedule, then we’re referred to call Tyler with Action Safe and Lock.

So professional, so skilled, and a quick turnaround to schedule a service call. I would happily recommend Action Safe and Lock to anyone needing locksmith services.

My late father would be impressed by this 4th generation company and the quality of service they stand for, and that means a lot for me.

Had an emergency lock repair on my work trailer today.  I was completely blown away how they immediately came to the rescue and did the job.  And a hard job at that.  The Father/Son team of Brian and Todd and 2 other guys who were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  And we all shared a few laughs together as well! I needed a high security style lock for a shared cabin and Brian was very helpful in assisting me with making the right choose for my needs. Had to call back a few times and everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to purchase over the phone and my wife picked up next day. She called me said I had to leave the a review because they were great with the kids and she was able to get in and out. Definitely recommend action lock and I'll be going back for any lock needs in the future

I was very glad that there was a locksmith in Bristol. I'm from out of town and locked myself out of my car at the beginning of long lasting thunderstorm.  It didn't stop them or delay them at all. With his shoes and socks off and standing in 6 inches of rain water he manged to get my door open.  Thank you so much!

Stopped in to buy a new deadbolt and door knob and have them keyed for my existing Keys.

Did an excellent job while I waited. Told me my key was a little worn and if I have any problems bring it back and he will fix it.

Awesome place. Have a lot of different things here. Safes, keys, etc. Good prices too. Stopped to get an extra key made for my bike and while waiting the 2 minutes to make it I checked the safes behind me. Overall good selection and great pricing. You need a hard to find key made? This is the place to go. Reasonable prices and everything needed to replace locks or keys.

This is a great locksmith. I've been dealing with them for quite a few years, probably over 20yrs, back to when they were located on Rte 13 NB side. They're a family run business, with high standard work ethics, full of integrity, and very fair pricing. No hidden fees like some competitors have. I highly recommend this place for any key, lock, or safe work. They do automotive lock cylinders as well.

Called for assistance and they were out in 30 mins.  They were courteous from start to finish and helped with my lock issue within a few minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Action Safe & Lock!

These folks are as solid as the safes they sell and keys they make! The lady who helped me was instrumental from beginning to end! OUTSTANDING  service    My keys were stolen and I needed my car rekeyed  and key fobs reprogramed . I had called  three other locksmiths and no response  Action was the only one to return my call.  I spoke to Kelly and was quoted a price for the job . I dropped off my truck and the job was done by the end of the Day . also the price was lower then quoted because my year truck did not require a special Key that was used on some years  Now that's Honesty . Staff is knowledgable, friendly, and I'd recommend.  Needed a new ignition key. Didn't have to go to a dealer!! There were so many safes in there! Going to go back when I need the ignition tumbler fixed.

I recently purchased a safe which, when it arrived, wouldn't open.  It was through the safe manufacturer that I was introduced to Ken Shue and Action Safe & Lock.  I couldn't have asked for a more personable and experienced technician.  The combination lock was faulty and required a new lock. The result is a smooth operating safe and a happy customer.
