  Dab locks… dj.. you serviced unicorn golf course last year for four door units in july. This past year about 3 months ago i started to try to get a hold of SOMEONE besides your bogus 24/7 answering service to call me to come out and fix the locks that are no longer working.. i have called idk about 20 TIMES the past two months and have never received a phone call back from ANYONE. At this very time i now have 3/4 doors that will not unlock from the inside and my main door WONT EVEN BARELY OPEN. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY. We paid you over $800 to do this job and now you just dissapear and won’t return a single phone call???. There is a warranty on this and you are dodging and being probably the worst company i have EVER dealt with. UNPROFESSIONAL. AWFUL QUALITY. AWFUL SERVICE. Do yourself a favor and do not go to dab locks.

  I made an appointment with Dabbs Lock for 10am on a weekday for a residential lock problem. At 9:55am I rec'd a text msg stating that they were running a bit behind but they would be here soon. They never showed. I called their answering service at 2pm - as I hadn't heard anything - and they assured me they would have Dabbs call me. No call. No show. Very unprofessional. I live within 1 mile of this company and I was trying to do business locally. I was counting on my problem being fixed as this was hinged on other workers completing a job.

  Locked myself out of my home. Called at 1:40. Called twice more to their service. Still sitting in my car at 5:00. I cancelled at 5:53 with no reply. I called another shop. They were great previously and I wanted to give them my business again.
