  The machine takes a bit, and it is tucked into the corner, but the two keys I needed were made promptly, and worked exactly the way I need. There is a lot of extra metal clinging to the final key. Just brush it off, and it'll be fine. No complaints.

  The keys came and work fine, I was worried because my key was broken in half and I had super glued it together so wasn’t sure how precise the key would be. It’s very expensive! Cost 170$ for two keys. So know what your paying for. The skipping also took a long time, the full 5 business days plus a day to cut the keys so plan for a week and a half with weekends included. At the end of the day it’s a convenient way to replace your keys, not a cheap or fast way to do it.
