  Dawn came out to our new house to rekey the locks. We had 6 different keys and she got us down to 2. She was very nice and personable. I would definitely use her again.

  I highly recommend D & M Locksmith! Dawn was prompt when I called late in the day with an unusual need to help remove janky door levers from my interior doors. I had tried everything I knew to do and could not get these hideous, horrible door levers off - despite watching many YouTube how-to videos and buying what I thought was the correct tool for the job. Slowly, the levers were all shifting on my doors and the lever handles on some doors were literally falling off - but I could not figure out how to remove the entire mechanism! So I called D & M Locksmith. Dawn asked for a picture of the levers to be texted to her, and then was at my home within the hour. She patiently walked me through the steps for removing these awful, ugly, cheap levers - even helping me find the correct tool in my toolbox to do so. She removed one for me, showing me each step, and explaining thoroughly, so that I could then remove the others. She was so nice to talk with, and very professional and knowledgeable. Should have called her months ago!
