Great service, so helpful. Best prices in town (I called 15 other places) they are by far the cheapest. Will definitely use them for all my locksmith needs from now on.

I came in a couple days ago with a 2016 toyota. They scheduled me at 4 and I came at 3:45 a tad early. Wasted no time getting to me either. The lady at the counter I believed named Jennifer was polite and courteous.  The gentleman who did the work was named Tanner I believe. He was very easy going and polite.  Much more reasonable for a key than anyone in the tristate. I drove from illinois to get them to do two keys. Reasonable pricing and great service. Will definitely be a repeat customer if and when I need them again. The two of those employees were by far much more friendly than their competitors.

This place is TOTALLY awesome. When I was robbed they were able to make every key that I needed. They came to me to get into my vehicles and make new keys. I would ABSOLUTELY  recommend everybody call on them. They do such a good job!. They are courteous and dependable. Trustworthy and honest.

Their service was terrible, they broke my car door without telling me when they went to take it apart to make a new key off the door lock. Instead of just telling me I could call the dealer to get the key code. He took the door apart I'm sure to charge more. Anyways they say the door was already like that though it's been my daily driver for about 6 years now so pretty certain I'd noticed. That and the door had never been taken apart until they came and took it apart for zero reason. I called the dealer, after their failed attempt to get to the door lock, once he finally told me that was an option, and got the key code from the dealer. I called connors back once I got it and told them and they tell me they'd be at my house the following morning at 9am. They never showed and didnt call until 4pm saying they could do the key, after my boyfriend stayed up half the day waiting for them to show up, since we work nights we sleep during the day. Worst customer service and zero professionalism.

Ms. King, first I would like to apologize that you feel you had a bad experience with Conner Lock.  We strive to provide each customer with the best service experience possible.  On Thursday 9/12, during the process of trying to make a new key for your car it was necessary to remove the interior door panel in an attempt to gain access to the door’s lock cylinder.  This is an industry standard practice and in no way was this an attempt to simply charge more for the service.  Once the door’s key cylinder is in hand usually an ignition key can then be produced by copying the key way of the door lock.  However, our technician was not able to access the door’s lock cylinder as the interior of the door panel was covered by a welded metal sheet.  The technician decided not to try and remove the welded sheet for fear of causing damage to the interior of the door panel.  Further, we could not get the key code to make a new key from the national database because NASTF regulations require us to produce a copy of the vehicle owner’s driver’s license for proof of vehicle ownership, and unfortunately you did not have your license in your possession.  Our technician advised that if you could call the dealership and obtain the key code we could then make the new key for you.  Later on Thursday you called our shop back and said you had in fact obtained the key code from the dealership.  We then made the new key and scheduled you for a 9am appointment on Friday 9/13 to go out and program the new key to your car.  Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency of one of our technicians on Friday morning, our schedule was delayed.  We made a call at 10:15am to advise you of the delay but received no answer, so a message was left for you to call us back.   We then called again later Friday afternoon to say we could be at your home at 4pm to perform the service but the call was disconnected.  Lastly, on Monday 9/16 when you spoke on the phone with one of our technicians and told him of the broken door handle part, he did not refuse to replace the damaged part.  He simply stated that he would have to speak with his manager.  If we did in fact damage a part on your door, we will be glad to replace the part or reimburse you for the cost of the part.
