My husband and I just moved into our new house in Naugatuck and Bujar was able to come within a few hours of our call! We got all our locks replaced (including fixing the door frame so the locks would *actually work*). He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone else we've called for services haven't been able to come service us until late next week, so we were really appreciative and impressed Bujar was able to come so quick! Great price, great work. Will definitely keep him in mind for any other locksmith needs!

Mr Potoku was very professional and dedicated to making a copy and programming keys for my car. He explained everything so that I would understand. Prices are amazing I highly recommend this company 🙏🏽

Bujar is professional and efficient, I would highly recommend his services if you are in a bind! He is very quick to respond (he is also so nice) and speedy with his locksmith skills. He was very helpful to me when I locked myself out of my house on a snowy cold evening.

Horrible service, no communication between office people and technicians. Everyone is very rude, especially the locksmith technicians. I scheduled an appointment to have my car SKIM reprogrammed to my car keys 1 whole week in advance and the technician was more than an hour late. He apparently didn’t even know what he was supposed to be coming out to do for me. Said he didn’t even know if he could program my car and argued with me about the price of the work to be done which was established by Locksmith Service and said he would not come out and hung up in my face. Spoke to the supervisors and they tried to tell me that their prices change daily and that I should have had my appointment on time and that since I missed my appointment, the appointment the technician never showed up for, that the price for their service would increase $90 more. Afterwards argued with me not talking to anyone about having an appointment, then hung up in my face. I assume all these 5 star reviews are fake and paid for. I would never recommend these people!

Hi there you wrote this review to the wrong company. We do not offer services for  SKIM reprogramming and I am a one person Operation Locksmith Company. I am the Locksmith, I answer the phone and I'm the technician. There are a few locksmith companies with similar names. CT Locksmith Service Llc definitely did not serve you and  this review is not for us. Please verify the company that you worked with and had problems with because it wasn't us.Please take down this review as soon as possible. Thank you.

2 weeks past by this person Mario Singh wrote a review in our address and we did let him know that we are not the company that he has a problem with and got no response from him.  CTMobile Locksmith / CT Lock Service ore Sure Lock & Key ?? Definitively you did not have any thing to do with " CT Locksmith Service Llc " 696 Amity Rd Unit 4A Bethany CT.

Locksmith came out and installed 10 locks. Took under 2 hours and was very efficient and professional. He was very informative and explained everything as he was doing it. He was friendly and made sure everything worked and was done correctly before leaving. I will definitely reccoreco his services to my friends and family and I won't hesitate to call again if I need another service!
