Made three (3) copies of our house key as back-up, and one (1) for my pre-teen son, at their kiosk inside Home Depot in Hamden, CT. The kiosk was very quick and easy to use, but none of the three (3) keys worked when I returned home - wouldn’t even turn when in the door lock. Very disappointed.
