  We had 4 convenience stores and had our keys with them. Anytime we had a breakin, they were Johnny on the spot and quick to respond. Out of 30+ years I have NEVER had a key made with them and it not work. Wouldn't have anyone else but them unless I was in a situation & forced to use someone else like I have had to be a time or two. I had 2 keys made with another due to time restrictions (I couldn't get to CPSL during work hours) and neither key worked. Took the time off & went to CPSL & had the same 2 keys made & both worked of course! Good people, good service, good work! Can't get any better than that!

  Called to make an appointment to have locks rekeyed at home I'm purchasing. Was told they are not available... even before I gave them a date I would like the service.
