  We were very happy with the service tech that came out and helped us to explain what we wanted. We were quoted quickly and ordered promptly as well. However once it was turned over to Maxx and Mel it fell off. Its a true shame. 3 months waiting on information. We hounded them for details and were kept in the dark many times. Promises were made and never met.

  My husband went out of town and accidentally took both sets of keys. I called Cothron's because I needed to get our carseat out of the car. The locksmith arrived quickly and worked very hard in the hot sun. When he couldn't get my car open he brought in a second technician and didn't charge me for the first hour of work. Really nice guys, and the ultimate price was very reasonable. Would absolutely call again.

  Great place if you need a specialized key, like ones of cars with transponders. I couldn't get one for my van at Lowe's or Home Depot and they managed to have it ready in 10 minutes at a cost much lower than what the dealership quoted me for.
