  Copied a key and key type was the same but key did not work and was cut completely different than master key. I believe something was wrong with the machine as it did not fully insert during the cutting process. I was able to make another key successfully a few weeks later. I reached out to the company but never received a response.

  Didn't feel like the original key was fully inserted into the machine, and two of three keys need to be shoved fully into the lock in order for them to open the door. One of three keys works perfectly.

  I had put my mail key in to get copies but when I went to use them they weren't even the right size and I know I specifically picked the small keys
