They made a replacement key for us. Works great Very friendly people Dom and a customer, Alfredo, agreed to allow me to take a photo of the two of them for Google maps. Marlin made the keys for me off of a schematic. Excellent service. They have a handicapped facility including the bathroom. This is very important for those in wheelchairs. They are ADA compliant. My now deceased sister-in-law was an amputee. I naturally watch for certain things when I am in the public and try to report as I physically go to places. Enjoy the pics they show some of the really cool items for sale in their store.

I stopped by to make copies of my keys, the gentleman who helped me was very polite and helpful. He was very fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place for any locksmith situation. Have a great day!

Arguing in the shop, literally cussing at each other and cussing the owners of the shop, while not listening to the customer at all. Had to stop them from creating a duplicate after not listening to what I asked which they charged me for in the end. Was quoted $20 - $25 by Don who was pleasant on the phone but didn't matter because he wasn't in the store when I dropped off or picked up. Ended up paying, $52.10 all said and done for two keys that do not work. Unprofessional, rude, and not sticking to their estimate. You can go to the dealer and get a key cut for less. As someone who works on cars for a living, the service was unacceptable and appalling. This shop needs to catch up to the 21st century and fast.

I assure you this is not the level of service we expect from our staff, nor is it what we typically hear about them.
