They have a handicapped facility including the bathroom. This is very important for those in wheelchairs. They are ADA compliant. My now deceased sister-in-law was an amputee. I naturally watch for certain things when I am in the public and try to report as I physically go to places.

I stopped by to make copies of my keys, the gentleman who helped me was very polite and helpful. He was very fast and efficient.  I would definitely recommend this place for any locksmith situation.

Arguing in the shop, literally cussing at each other and cussing the owners of the shop, while not listening to the customer at all. Had to stop them from creating a duplicate after not listening to what I asked which they charged me for in the end.

Was quoted $20 - $25 by Don who was pleasant on the phone but didn't matter because he wasn't in the store when I dropped off or picked up. Ended up paying, $52.10 all said and done for two keys that do not work.

Unprofessional, rude, and not sticking to their estimate. You can go to the dealer and get a key cut for less. As someone who works on cars for a living, the service was unacceptable and appalling. This shop needs to catch up to the 21st century and fast.

I assure you this is not the level of service we expect from our staff, nor is it what we typically hear about them.  I’m sure everyone can appreciate someone having a rough day but I will be speaking with the staff on how and when they vent their frustrations.

Max gave me options for a safe I got for free. Ended up drilling it, took longer than expected, didn't try to up charge me. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Will definitely use these guys anytime I need help with locks

After waiting 3.5 hrs for a different company to turn up who kept telling me 45 mins, these guys came to my rescue within 30 mins. My garage door had stopped working whilst I was out & my doors were deadlocked from the inside. The gentleman that came to help me was calm, professional & so kind (I was a flustered mess). They got my garage door open in less than 5 mins. No mess. Would 100% recommend!

Cothron's is AMAZING!! They are completely focused on delivering excellent customer service and the highest level of customer satisfaction.   We were having our locks all changed and we had a problem when the glass shattered on one our older doors due to some issues with putting in the lock.    Cothron's was  so great and they took full responsibility to get it fixed.  They sent out a new locksmith who fixed the original problem, which I wasn't sure could be fixed, but he did it.  Also, the glass replacement crews was amazing, as they had to not only replace the glass, the but trim around the glass.  They even worked on Saturday to ensure that it was done and completed in a timely manner.   It was quite a job to get it done and to ensure it  looked the same as the other door.   They did it and I am SOOOO pleased.  I will continue to work with this AWESOME locksmith and would highly recommend them to anyone.  A HUGE THANK YOU to the team that made it happen....Terry, Lane, Mark, Albert and Tony, and my apologies if I left someone out! THANK YOU again!!!  I will never use another lock company!

Needed a motorcycle key.  Called every dealer and locksmith north of 290, was quoted everywhere from $100-180.  Guys at Team Scream dealership finally told me to go to Cothron's.  They did it for $45 in about 10 minutes, with a smile.  Amazing service to go with the best pricing in town.  I'm impressed enough to leave a review.

If I could give zero stars I would.   I brought a key fob in to be programmed for my truck.   After 30 min of trying the guy said my battery was too dead and gave me till the end of the day to get it checked out.  They charged me $60.  Auto Zone confirmed my truck battery was perfect.   Went back to Cothrons and they tried again for another 30 min yet still could not program it.   I asked for my money back and he refused, wouldn't even program it again if I brought in a new key fob, said I would have to pay the amount again.   Really?? How do I know if its my fob or your faulty equipment!? When I asked that he said "cuz I am a locksmith, this is what we do"....  Located another locksmith who was able to program my fob in 5 min.  Cothrons is a scam and the guy who helped us is rude.   I had to call my bank and file a dispute.

Let me start by saying I understand the frustration of paying for a service and expecting a result that is not delivered.  However when it comes to programming keys and remotes for vehicles we are at the mercy of our machines and, as is stated in all of our shops, we cannot guarantee the results of remotes that we do not provide.  Having reviewed our video of your visit it appears that our guys did quite a bit to attempt to program your key, including using his own vehicle to charge your battery when our equipment indicated a low voltage.  All that being said, while it is not typically our response to offer a refund in these circumstances, given that you were able to have your remote so easily programmed elsewhere, we have decided to refund your card.  You should see that appear within the next few days.  I am curious to know what company you went to, if you would be willing to share that. This place was eager to help me find a solution to my problem. My key had broken into 3 pieces. Without hesitation, the guys at Cothron's told me to come on in and they'd give it a try once I reached out to them. The gentleman took my 3 piece broken key, and proceeded to make a copy from the existing pieces. Afterwards, he told me to take the key back to my lock (still stuck on my back yard gate) and give it a try, trusting that I would return if it worked. Long story short, it worked like a charm, and I returned to purchase 2 more copies of keys. I was grateful to be able to open my backyard gate again, as it has been closed for 4 months now. Luckily it's been the winter months, time to get this back yard ready for spring! These guys are great!

I bought an aftermarket key/fob combo off the internet and brought it to these guys. They told me that it very well might not work and they would have to charge me either way. I told them to go ahead and in 10 minutes they had the key cut and the transponder programmed for my car. Everything worked. These guys are up front with the risk and really tried to warn me it may not work. Thankfully it did. These guys are the real deal. Thanks again.
