  I came upon one of their employees to ask him a question and he was extremely rude to me. I am a FedEx driver and he was working in an apartment complex office that I was delivering to. The gate was closed so I was going to ask if he knew the gate code to get into the complex. Before I got to ask him, he cut me off saying “I don’t work here.” Then as I was asking “Oh, ok, we’ll would you happen to know… “ He cut me off again saying “Nope”, before I was even done asking my question. I know this is only one employee but to me it reflects negatively on the company. A simple “Sorry, I don’t know it.” Would have been so easy to say instead of being so rude. If I ever had to get my locks changed out, I definitely wouldn’t be calling this company.

  Great place for all you key needs. I went this morning everyone is so friendly and helpful. My key fob was messing up and needed an extra one. Within 5 minutes my replacement key fob was ready. Great prices! I would definitely recommend coming to Corpus Christi Safe & Lock Co. I will definitely be back to get another key fob or for copies of keys.
