  I called at 3pm and told them I had my older mother locked out of my house. Fernando was scheduled and on-site within 30 min, communicating updates on his ETA beforehand. The job was completed and the very reasonable payment was settled before 4pm. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and attentiveness of this very professional experience. Highly recommended.

  I had a broken lever lock on my front door and was locked out. They came over within 20 minutes and not only got me in my house, but advised me on where I could get my new lever cheaply re-keyed. I appreciate the fast service and the added advice!

  I had to deal with a problem with my relative's locks long distance on the phone with Fernando and he was excellent in all aspects. He got back to me in minimal time and arrived when he said he would. He was flexible and understanding when we had to change the dates. Very happy with his professionalism, quality of work and efficiency and also he was personable and friendly. Thank you, Fernando!
