  Terrible customer service and interaction. Purchased some screening material and tried to return it the next day. First told by the woman at the cash register we can’t take that back. Called the manager young man named Michael came over and said no can’t take that back. I asked why he changed his mind and said well we can take the aluminum channels but not the other parts. I asked why again he said I should’ve been told they’re not returnable. I said I was never told that . He said well you should’ve been and that’s the end of it he walked away in a huff then called someone on the walkie-talkie and asked me to leave the store. I took the parts drove to Ace hardware and Homosassa the people were very friendly and excepted all of the returns Probably in everyone’s best interest if Michael finds himself another job where he doesn’t have to interact with the public. He doesn’t have the personality for it

  Arrived at time of open, store was staffed well, when I walked in I was greeted and was told the correct isle to find what I was looking for, good prices and they had multiple things i needed in stock, i bought more than i had originally ce in for.
