I can't say enough about Carroll's, but especially driver Devon Anderson. I was literally stranded in Palestine, needing to get me and my Jeep to Whitehouse (50 mi). I called two places before Carroll's and one said the wait was going to be 5 hrs and the other one, 3 hrs. I called Carroll's and they said they'd be right there; not because they weren't busy but because they have plenty of trucks and know how to use them efficiently. The customer service by Devon was outstanding! They have a great employee in that young man. Thanks Carroll's Wrecker and good luck moving up the ladder Devon.

Devon and Justin are amazing at their jobs! Always on time if not early! They take pride in the work they do and try to do extra to take the best care of their customers!
